Property Management Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to support the management of residential buildings. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic property management team and build meaningful relationships with tenants. Key Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing all aspects of occupancy and maintenance for a designated property. Communicate effectively with tenants to address property-related inquiries and issues. Coordinate with tenants and third-party service providers to meet maintenance and facility requirements. Work alongside the property management team to create and distribute marketing materials. Conduct property tours, interviews, and explain rental terms to prospective tenants. Process rental applications and conduct thorough credit checks. Manage collection of monthly fees and maintain accurate records of payment and rental activity. Prepare budgets and financial reports to ensure efficient property management. Arrange for services such as trash removal, maintenance, landscaping, and security with external vendors. Investigate and resolve tenant complaints, disturbances, and violations in a timely manner. Adhere to all anti-discrimination laws in housing, renting, and advertising practices. Contribute to the success of the team by undertaking additional tasks as needed.
