Job Description Join Oracle's Government, Defense & Intelligence (GDI) Team as a Senior Brand Content Strategist. Are you a creative storyteller ready to elevate brand messaging and make a significant impact through engaging content and digital strategies? We are searching for a Senior Brand Content Strategist who will enhance Oracle’s presence in the public sector market. In this key role, you will be instrumental in shaping the voice and positioning of our GDI organization by developing outstanding marketing materials, such as blogs, thought leadership articles, white papers, and beyond. As a strategic partner, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and executive leaders to bring captivating narratives to life, improve customer engagement, and solidify Oracle's reputation as an industry frontrunner. This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days a week at our Reston, VA office or at client sites; candidates must reside within commuting distance of Reston, VA. Key Responsibilities Create original content (blogs, white papers, thought leadership, and more) that aligns with the GDI brand strategy. Establish a cohesive brand voice that differentiates Oracle's GDI organization. Collaborate with marketing, PR, events, and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging. Showcase outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills in high-impact materials. Enhance content with graphic design skills, utilizing infographics and dynamic visuals. Apply SEO best practices to maximize digital content reach. Provide research-driven insights to support GDI's thought leadership initiatives. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in creating high-quality marketing materials and content. Exceptional writing, editing, and narrative-building skills with a strong attention to detail. Proven success in collaborating with diverse teams, including marketing, PR, events, and executives. Experience in marketing and communications for Federal Government and Federal Civilian clients. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar). Solid understanding of SEO and digital content strategies. Able to develop thought leadership content for diverse audience types. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Oracle solutions or technology brand content. Knowledge of content performance tracking and analytics tools. Strong project management skills with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed within the range based on the preceding factors and internal peer equity.
