The Role As the Vice President of Product Management for Infrastructure Solutions, you will engage with stakeholders to craft a clear, actionable product strategy that brings exceptional results to our customers and our business. You will spearhead the planning process, ensuring alignment on critical strategies aimed at delighting customers while proactively seeking opportunities for enhancement and the incorporation of new product features. Main Responsibilities Collaborate effectively with leadership and product teams to guide product design and delivery. Lead various critical departments including Product Management, User Experience, Documentation, and Release Management. Work closely with sales, marketing, services, operations, and engineering to create requirements, prioritize enhancements, translate them into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and ensure projects reach successful completion. Promote the product vision and drive innovation and delivery. Define, measure, and enhance key product metrics consistently. Possess a solid understanding of Cloud technology and articulate its business implications. Formulate and execute both strategic and tactical plans for product development. What We Look For in a Candidate Required Over 10 years of extensive experience in product management leadership, focusing on developing, building, and launching web-based business applications. Expertise in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, UCaaS, and XaaS productization. Hands-on knowledge of Agile Development, DevOps methodologies, and Continuous Delivery practices. A proven track record of successfully delivering products within the Public/Private cloud and virtualization landscapes, leveraging a blend of technical, creative, business, and marketing skills. Experience managing multiple feature teams or scrum teams simultaneously. Exceptional communication, leadership, team-building, and people management skills that foster loyalty and respect from team members. Versatile team player with strong oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences. Effective at prioritizing competing opportunities and balancing customer needs with business priorities while articulating the reasoning behind decisions. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Preferred An MBA or Computer Science degree is a plus. Experience in product design or an engineering background is advantageous. Compensation The compensation for this role ranges from $176,400 to $235,200, dependent on various factors including location, experience, and skills.
