What Your Day Will Look Like: In this role, you will define the vision and roadmap for our Client Portal, ensuring our product strategy aligns with MMA’s overarching goals while addressing the unique needs of clients in various regions. You’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including leaders at the national and regional levels, to gather vital insights and prioritize features that enhance client satisfaction and drive business outcomes. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will allow you to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You will use your strategic mindset to balance priorities while leveraging your deep understanding of the insurance sector to create a product that meets the diverse needs of small and mid-sized businesses. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision: Craft an impactful product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with MMA's mission. Develop a prioritized product roadmap that reflects client needs, market trends, and business objectives. Insurance Expertise: Apply your extensive insurance knowledge across various lines of business to enhance our product offerings. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders, including the COO and CEO, to gather insights and understand regional priorities. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver exceptional features. Feature Development: Articulate a clear vision and feature set to the delivery team while aligning with the Product Owner. Manage the product backlog in conjunction with the Product Owner to align with current client needs and strategic goals. Strategic Mindset: Navigate competing priorities ensuring alignment between the Client Portal and MMA's business strategy. Identify innovative opportunities that set us apart, driving initiatives that elevate our client services. Analyze product performance and user feedback to make informed strategic decisions that enhance client experiences. Who You Are: If you have 8+ years of experience in product management, particularly with web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services domains, we’d love to hear from you! Ideal candidates will possess: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience in an insurance agency or brokerage. A proven track record of delivering successful digital products that boost client engagement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. An understanding of web development technologies and data analytics tools. The offered pay will be determined based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. Performance-based incentives may also apply.
