Your Role: As a member of our Site Design team, you will engage in a variety of exciting projects that include mixed-use, commercial, and residential developments as well as industrial sites and schools. Your responsibilities will include: Providing innovative design elements for small to mid-sized engineering projects utilizing established techniques. Collaborating on plan production and receiving guidance on essential tasks. Building your expertise in design and modeling software. Assisting with project documentation and scheduling while performing design calculations. Working alongside experienced engineers to understand advanced techniques and procedures. Conducting research and drafting technical reports using prescribed methods. Mentoring student interns and fostering their development of essential technical skills. Gaining practical experience with our project management system to maintain client and project information. What We Seek: We value individuals who are passionate about collaboration, take ownership of their work, and aim to make a positive impact on communities. You should have: Excellent communication skills. The ability to be a strong team player. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Certification as an Engineer Intern (EI) is required. Proficiency in Civil 3D software.
