Schedule/Hours: Tuesday through Saturday Responsibilities: Perform extensive occupational therapy evaluations for patients in a skilled nursing facility. Utilize your expertise in rehabilitation to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans. Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Demonstrate proficiency with PCC/NetHealth systems for patient care documentation. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Graduated from an accredited occupational therapy program. Confirmed post-graduate experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). Proficiency with electronic medical records, specifically PCC/NetHealth. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high patient evaluation volume. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
