In this important role, you'll contribute to the manufacturing of custom systems for top industries like aerospace, military, railroads, and metals. What You'll Do: Craft Essential Structures: Interpret blueprints and weld precision frames and components using MIG & TIG techniques for mild and stainless steel. Master Setups: Use your expertise and various measuring devices to lay out, position, and secure parts accurately for welding. Assure Quality: Cut raw materials to exact specifications and operate power tools, ensuring your welds meet the high standards expected by our customers. Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues to ensure our systems are delivered on time. Are You the Right Fit? 3-7 years of hands-on MIG & TIG welding and fabrication experience. Completion of vocational or technical training is a plus. Ability to pass testing requirements per AWS D1.1 & D1.6. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
