Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, providing variance analysis. Manage cost accounting activities, including standard costing, inventory valuation, and production variance analysis. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity. Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to optimize liquidity and financial performance. Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance. Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support operational decision-making and drive profitability. Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification highly preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment. Expertise in cost accounting principles, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Demonstrated ability in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing operations. Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing a finance team and collaborating cross-functionally. Bonus QualificationsExperience with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency with a major manufacturing ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 F&O). Experience supporting multi-site or international manufacturing operations. Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) or other financial automation tools.
