Flexibility is key; however, work on Saturday and Sunday is mandatory. The Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse will: Conduct skilled nursing visits and coordinate client care Serve as the primary contact for the interdisciplinary team involved in patient care Monitor and manage the frequency of patient visits Consult with physicians as necessary regarding patient care details Carry out accurate OASIS assessments and maintain current medication profiles Ensure timely reporting of lab values to physicians Participate in weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in your state of employment A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred Knowledge and expertise in current nursing practices Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance Enhabit Home Health Hospice is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
