The Role: Global Client Relationship Manager In this crucial role, you will develop and expand an existing portfolio of Biopharma accounts by creating lasting partnerships. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to align Citeline's offerings with their strategic objectives. Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Thoroughly understand all aspects of client businesses, including their structure, performance, and strategies. Implement comprehensive account and territory plans to drive renewals and discover growth opportunities. Proactively identify and address risks and opportunities. Leverage in-depth client knowledge to customize products and packages to their needs. Oversee the complete cycle of planning and execution, cooperating with internal teams (SDRs, Client Success, Solution Consulting, Consulting & Analytics) for positive outcomes. Relay client feedback to Citeline's Product Management and Client Success teams for continuous improvement. Utilize Salesforce to document sales activities and maintain accurate pipeline reports. Perform all assigned ad hoc duties. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within a relevant industry. Demonstrated success in business expansion through strategic engagement with stakeholders. Capability to develop account plans that align internal teams with client goals. Experience in conducting contract negotiations in dynamic environments. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its terminology. Proven consultative sales approach, including market research, lead generation, and closing sales. Adept at working collaboratively within teams and nurturing client relationships. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, leading to favorable closure rates. Commitment to team success and mutual support. Travel: Up to 50% travel required.
