As a Senior Technical Support Analyst within the Oracle Health Immediate Response Center, you will play a crucial role in providing high-stakes incident management and service restoration to our healthcare clients. Your primary responsibilities will include investigating technical issues through front-end and back-end technologies, analyzing log files, querying databases, and collaborating with various teams to resolve urgent customer concerns. Key Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain federal security clearance. 5-7 years of combined higher education and relevant work experience, including a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Willingness to work a 5-5-4 shift schedule, preferably from 7AM - 7PM Central Time; night shifts from 7PM - 7AM CT are also accepted. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux/Unix (command-line) and SQL. Familiarity with relational databases and personal/enterprise networks. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in providing phone-based customer/technical support and escalation management. At least 3 years of application support experience. Familiarity with ticket logging systems such as Remedy, ServiceNow, or Jira. Responsibilities: Assess and prioritize emergency technical issues promptly based on their impact on operations. Lead resolution efforts during major incidents and facilitate communication among stakeholders. Proactively address client system emergencies with both preventative and reactive measures. Keep meticulous documentation of investigations, communications, and resolutions for compliance and future reference. Mentor and train team members to foster a high-performing organization.
