The Marlin Alliance, Inc. is seeking a Senior RPA Engineer/Architect with UiPath experience to work in San Diego, CA. This position supports our Navy customer and requires the ability to obtain a US Secret clearance. Established in 2002, The Marlin Alliance is a woman-owned small business (WOSB) seeking to hire highly skilled individuals to support mission critical projects within the Navy. We are looking for motivated individuals to lead and support digital transformation, data science and analytics, and automation projects for variety of Navy clients. Individuals must be able to function in a fast-paced work environment and able to adapt quickly to rapidly changing requirements and technologies. Using your comprehensive knowledge of various technologies, you will design, develop, and implement solutions to support Navy mission owners in their digital transformation journey. Responsibilities: Architecting and coding solutions that are: secure, scalable, extensible, implementable, reusable, well-documented and sustainable. Working with the VP of Technology Solutions and applicable PMs Help drive the evolution of architecture solutions to keep up with changes in both technology and market need, and to meet delivery objectives by: Working with the individual development leads to continue to document & evolve the solution architecture Ensuring best practices are captured and communicated Guiding junior developers through skill & professional development Build, test, deliver, and run robotic automations using UiPath. Ensure implementation of automations are in line with industry standards & best practices. Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution. Collaborate with Software Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to identify automations and requirements. Conduct code reviews with peers to ensure compliance with requirements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline from accredited college/university. 8+ years of experience in software engineering/development. Proven ability to contribute to technical architecture design that supports robust solutions, including experience with requirements management and technology selection. Strong problem-solving capability Experience of working within an Agile, continuous integration environment 5+ year of experience with UiPath 5+ year of experience with PKI secured systems 8+ year of experience with software development Ability to obtain a DOD Secret clearance Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Experience with Cloud environments Experience with the Navy Work Environment and Mental/Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
