Position Summary We are excited to invite applications for the role of Associate Director in our Patient Access Operations team, focusing on improving patient experiences and optimizing support programs specifically within the CNS therapeutic area. This pivotal position will help drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional collaboration, and deliver innovative, patient-centered solutions. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Patient Access, you will be the operational lead for Patient Access programs and work alongside the Director of Market Access Operations and the Director of Field Reimbursement to ensure the seamless execution of our access strategies. Key Responsibilities Provide operational and tactical support for the CNS Patient Access team, spearheading projects that involve collaborating with various cross-functional partners to implement enhancements effectively. Oversee the development and dissemination of patient support program materials across diverse channels, including training resource development. Lead efforts to align patient services with broader company objectives, ensuring synergy across all initiatives. Drive improvements in process efficiency and program architecture to enhance overall program effectiveness. Assist in planning and executing team events and meetings to foster collaboration. Stay knowledgeable about reimbursement landscapes and disease states to ensure the availability of relevant resources and materials. Work closely with the Director of Market Access Operations to promote efficiency, standardization, and scalability in all Access functions. Act as the functional CRM lead, ensuring the integrity of systems and accuracy in reporting to enhance field and internal operations. Support business objectives by serving as a key point of contact for reporting on relevant therapeutic area brands within Patient Access, collaborating with Business Analytics and Patient Access leads. Manage essential operational processes such as routing of Statements of Work (SOWs), budget tracking, territory alignments, and PRC submissions. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, HIPAA, and industry standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of cross-functional and operational leadership experience in life sciences or healthcare. 3+ years of direct experience in patient services program operations. Experience in managing operational processes with a strong emphasis on service delivery is preferred. Excellent analytical, operational, and strategic thinking abilities. Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in managing cross-functional partnerships to align with organizational strategy. Deep understanding of patient services offerings. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Key Competencies Strategic thinking and business acumen. Compensation: Minimum $150,034.00 - Maximum $224,250.00, plus incentive opportunity. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, specific skills, and internal comparisons.
