As a Catering Operations Lead at Panera, you will be pivotal in our catering endeavors. You’ll assist guests in planning and selecting delightful, familiar Panera dishes for their events, respond to inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience with craveable food delivered on time and accurately. Your Role as a Catering Operations Lead Includes: Managing and fulfilling catering orders for our guests. Curing memorable experiences with warm, friendly service, effective communication, and proactive follow-ups to ensure utmost guest satisfaction. Assisting with the delivery of orders to guests’ events. Strictly following health and food safety protocols. Upholding Panera’s exceptional standards for food quality. Generating enthusiasm and interest in Panera’s offerings. Marketing Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events. Supporting your Managers and Team Members as needed. Helping foster a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. This Opportunity is for You if: You are at least 18 years old. Have completed basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law). Enjoy engaging with people and possess strong communication skills. You are a self-starter who can achieve goals with minimal supervision. You have excellent organization and time-management skills. You must have your own vehicle for deliveries and an acceptable driving record. This role requires a safe operation of a passenger vehicle with a valid driving record. You are available for flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing 25-50 pounds. Capable of standing and walking for up to 3 hours. Must clearly communicate and quickly understand directions from guests and associates in a loud environment.
