Position Overview The Sonographer Clinical Specialist (RDCS Certification Preferred) is a vital role focused on meeting the clinical needs of healthcare professionals. You will collaborate with Territory Managers to showcase FUJIFILM Sonosite products, drive sales, and nurture ongoing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful product integration. Note: This position is open to candidates residing in the Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Western Missouri (Kansas City) areas for optimal territory management. Job Description Essential Job Functions: Partner effectively with Territory Managers to understand clinical needs, demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite products, and close sales. Implement FUJIFILM Sonosite products at client sites and deliver comprehensive training on effective usage. Manage post-sale activities, encourage product adoption, address any concerns, and ensure a positive client experience. Foster relationships at established client sites to support the Territory Manager and enhance FUJIFILM Sonosite's presence. Communicate the value and benefits of FUJIFILM Sonosite products to various stakeholders within the customer environment. Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives for product demonstrations in the field as needed. Identify and report potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities to the Territory Manager. Provide clinical, technical, and educational support to clients as necessary. Assist with other company areas as needed. Act as the primary commercial resource during the Territory Manager's absence. Ensure compliance with the company's quality system requirements. Knowledge and Experience: A 2-year degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institution. RDMS in Abdomen/OB GYN. RDCS or RDCS eligible, RVT or RVT eligible preferred. Minimum three years of experience in diagnostic ultrasound (Abdominal/OBGyn/Vascular). Experience managing multiple priorities and effectively prioritizing tasks is essential. Strong understanding of both clinical and business needs of customers and FUJIFILM Sonosite. Ability to translate customer needs into distinct product requests. Skills and Abilities: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Aptitude for building and maintaining positive relationships with all accounts. Professional interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and relationship building. Able to adapt to changing priorities and workloads. Organized and consistently meets customer and company timelines. Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% of the time. Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment. Represents FUJIFILM Sonosite with professionalism and positivity. Salary and Benefits: Annual salary of $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 based on experience, plus variable bonus opportunities.
