Job Overview The Advanced Customer Support team of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services is looking for a skilled consultant with expertise in Software, Services, or AMP vertical markets. This position allows for a home-office setup and involves moderate travel. Oracle NetSuite is redefining how we interact with our valued customers. Our Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering is our first umbrella subscription service aimed at delivering ongoing functional and technical ERP support. This role is crucial during the early stages of this service, supported by our esteemed SuiteReview methodology. With over one thousand customers already engaged and a rapid increase in new enrollments, we are expanding our team to meet this growing demand. If you are enthusiastic about helping customers maximize their NetSuite investment and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, strategic environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Identify and document customer NetSuite value gaps utilizing our proprietary SuiteReview methodology. Develop and propose strategies to address these gaps and achieve consensus with customers. Guide customers in resolving their most significant challenges. Design solutions for complex business needs in collaboration with our Technical Services (TS) team, focusing on configuration, integration, and technical components. Define precise functional requirements for automations and integrations with NetSuite. Team up with the TS team to create and unit test automation and integration solutions. Conduct quality reviews of deliverables from other team members to ensure excellence. Enhance your product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications. Work collaboratively with other ACS teams, including TS, Product, General Business, LCS, and Support. Adhere to internal processes aimed at exceeding customer expectations. Preferred Qualifications: 6+ years of relevant experience in Software, Services, or AMP vertical markets. Strong experience in NetSuite ERP Financials implementation or administration; familiarity with competing ERP offerings is also valuable. Understanding of Revenue Recognition compliance under ASC606. A proven track record in optimizing Order to Cash processes with customers. 4+ years of experience in an external consulting role with frequent interactions with C-suite executives. Expertise in defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations. Excellent communication skills are essential. Ability to evolve customer business processes based on industry-leading practices. Commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction is vital. Demonstrated experience in project and team leadership. A background in finance or accounting is advantageous. NetSuite ERP Consultant or similar product certifications are beneficial. Willingness to travel modestly as required. Travel: Up to 25%, as appropriate. This role involves direct interactions with customers across North America, necessitating professional-level English proficiency. French proficiency is preferred for candidates located in Quebec, but is not mandatory.
