Job Description

Camping World is excited to welcome an Administrative Manager to our expanding team. This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive support to dealership leadership and managing a wide array of administrative tasks critical to our operations. Your Responsibilities: Review, post, and submit funding paperwork for all sales transactions efficiently. Process and record cash receipts, credit card payments, scanned checks, and ACH payments. Oversee dealership inventory, ensuring accurate stocking of new and used vehicles, managing intercompany transfers, and conducting monthly floor plan audits. Administer payroll and human resource paperwork, ensuring timely submission to the corporate office. Sort, review, and code vendor invoices and credit card transactions accurately. Manage title work processes, including MSOs, POAs, related documentation, fees, and sales tax submissions. Prepare and deliver reports, schedules, and additional information requests promptly to the Area Controller, corporate office, or General Manager. Assist the General Manager in maintaining an organized and efficient dealership environment. Uphold high standards of accuracy while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong vendor and customer relationships. Complete additional projects and duties as assigned for the betterment of the dealership. Qualifications: Proficient in various computer software applications, including calendar maintenance, word processing, and spreadsheets (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Familiarity with auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds) is strongly preferred. Meticulous attention to detail in drafting, typing, and proofing materials while effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills for resolving accounts payable issues. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Exhibit poise, tact, and diplomacy in various situations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels. Knowledgeable in office administrative procedures and standard office equipment usage. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks and demands. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance. Compensation: $58,425.00-$85,215.00 annually.
