In this role, you will collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to drive Agile excellence, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure delivery transparency. We are looking for a candidate with extensive Agile expertise, advanced Jira administration skills, and experience working with technical teams. Familiarity with Finance organizations is advantageous. Applicants must be willing to work on a W2 basis to meet client requirements. W2 Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, iteration planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Drive the team towards high performance, self-organization, and continuous improvement. Administer Jira projects, including workflow configuration, board setup, dashboards, reporting, and process optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members for backlog refinement, story writing, estimation, and prioritization aligned with business objectives. Refine prioritization frameworks to focus on the most valuable initiatives. Track and communicate Agile metrics like velocity, burndown, and team health to support informed decision-making. Build leadership dashboards and reporting materials for Monthly Business Reviews. Facilitate cross-team coordination, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks effectively. Promote transparency through clear documentation and reporting in Jira and Confluence. Encourage a collaborative team environment that fosters open communication, accountability, and constructive feedback. Experience Requirements: 8+ years in Agile project leadership roles in data, analytics, or engineering environments, balancing structure and flexibility. Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager supporting engineering, data, or technical teams. Advanced proficiency in Jira, including workflow configuration, project setup, dashboards, and reporting. Experience using AI tools and automation to enhance workflows and reporting. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and best practices. Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Proficient in coaching teams, managing dependencies, and driving accountability. The provided pay range reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that might result in pay outside of this range.
