Strategic Solutions Consultant The Strategic Solutions Consultant is a trusted advisor and subject matter expert who partners with Enterprise Account Executives to accelerate large enterprise-level deals by bridging Achievers' Employee Experience Platform. product and client needs through translating client needs into practical solutions the product can deliver. An energetic, HR-savvy communicator who positions solutions with impact, turning complex ideas into compelling value for stakeholders across the organization. This role combines deep product expertise, consultative selling skills, and strategic thinking to influence decision-making and drive revenue growth. The Strategic Solutions Consultant will engage with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders at the world's leading brands to uncover business challenges, quantify value, and design tailored solutions that align with client objectives. Acting as the technical and strategic liaison, the SC ensures prospects and customers understand the full impact of Achievers' platform on employee engagement, retention, and business performance. Responsibilities: This is a senior, strategic pre-sales role with enterprise-level impact, operating with high autonomy. Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives on large, complex enterprise opportunities (75,000+ employees). Translate complex solutions into HR-focused language and effectively communicate value across multiple stakeholders. Lead discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, strategic priorities, and success metrics. Develop tailored solution proposals, demos, and presentations that align with client objectives. Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for executive audiences. Proactively identify emerging client needs and market trends, and advocate internally for solutions that align with these requirements to drive business growth. Identify and mitigate risks in the sales cycle; proactively address objections and competitive threats. Partner with Sales Enablement and Marketing to create compelling narratives and thought leadership content. Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment. Provide feedback to Product Management on market trends and client needs. Support Enterprise Account Executives in building and delivering quantifiable business cases demonstrating ROI and strategic impact of Achievers' platform Ability to travel up to 2530% to attend customer meetings, executive presentations, on-site discovery sessions, and industry events. Qualifications: 8+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or similar role within HR Tech SaaS selling to enterprises (50,000+ employees) Proven experience working with enterprise HR technology ecosystems, including HCM platforms such as Workday, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, or comparable solutions Familiarity with employee wellness, benefits, and engagement platforms, and how they connect into core HR systems Hands-on experience supporting or explaining system integrations, including open APIs, SSO & data flows concepts Demonstrated experience partnering with C-level HR leaders (CHRO, CPO, VP of People, Total Rewards, Talent) in enterprise Executive Presence: Ability to influence senior decision-makers. Commercial Acumen: Understanding of enterprise buying cycles and procurement. Proven experience building ROI models and business cases for C-suite audiences. Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts. Global Perspective: Experience working across regions and cultures.
