Join our dynamic team in a permanent remote role! As a Senior Solution Consultant (SC), you will play a pivotal role in our Compliance Solutions team. This quota-carrying position involves collaborating with Account Executives and customers to understand their unique needs, identify suitable solutions, and communicate the value of our offerings. You will also work closely with internal teams to develop go-to-market assets that align with our sales strategy. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets for Compliance Solutions, including Compliance Analytics. Demonstrate expertise in banking regulatory programs, including HMDA, Fair Lending, and CRA. Communicate the value propositions of Wolters Kluwer's solutions, showcasing deep technical knowledge. Build strong internal partnerships with Account Executives and collaborate effectively within the Deal Team. Gain extensive knowledge of our solutions and their configurations to better support our customers. Maintain a proactive and self-motivated approach as a valued collaborator in the sales ecosystem. Additional Duties: Complete other responsibilities as assigned by sales leadership. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales with proven success in meeting and exceeding goals. Sales experience in the Financial Services industry with knowledge of compliance requirements. Proficient in Salesforce.com as a CRM tool. Field sales experience preferred. Skills and Abilities: Engage in cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing customers. Familiarity with Compliance Solutions platforms and financial services regulatory compliance. Possess excellent presentation skills in various formats. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Consultative sales experience is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills for building virtual stakeholder relationships. Proven collaborator with technical teams. Keen interest in developing sales skills and familiarity with Generative AI. Aware of consultative selling methodologies such as Demo2Win, Consensus, and RAIN Selling. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically, up to 30% of the time. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $89,600.00 - $157,000.00 USD, with eligibility for commission. The exact offer will account for skills, experience, and location.
