Job Description:EHS Manager | Allendale, MISalary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for workplace safety and environmental compliance? Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company policies. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs, procedures, and policies. Conduct EHS risk assessments, audits, and inspections, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement effective prevention strategies for accidents and near misses. Design and deliver EHS training programs for all employees, fostering a strong safety culture. Oversee hazardous waste management, air emissions, and wastewater discharge to ensure environmental compliance. Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and response plans for the manufacturing facility. Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive EHS management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment. In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local EHS regulations. Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive EHS programs and systems. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to influence and drive cultural change.
