Qualifications: LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSLicensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of practice. Minimum 35 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of therapy regulations, reimbursement, and compliance standards.
