Competitive Pay Average earnings of $1,475 per week / $76,700 per year Starting pay at $0.60 per mile Average weekly miles: 1,800 Stop pay of $25 per stop (with an average of 8 stops per week, roughly 30 minutes each) Additional pay options: Detention and breakdown pay available Annual pay increase on your contract anniversary Great Schedule - Enjoy Your Weekends! Monday to Friday schedule, with an average of 2-3 nights out per week Weekends are yours to enjoy! Requirements: Must reside within a 100-mile radius 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years Class A CDL required Must be at least 21 years of age No reckless driving convictions in the past 5 years No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years No license suspensions or revocations for moving violations in the past 5 years No serious violations within the previous 12 months No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years Essential Functions: Load freight (lift requirement: 80 lbs) Unload freight (lift requirement: 80 lbs) Move freight (force requirement: 54 lbs) Lift side kits (lift requirement: 46 lbs) Lift tarp (lift requirement: 110 lbs) Apply and remove tarps as necessary Secure loads with chains and hardware (lift requirement: 80 lbs) Climb on and off the flatbed trailer/load Count freight and complete necessary paperwork Perform pre-trip inspections and drive safely Ability to sit upright for extended periods Maintain regular attendance
