Key ResponsibilitiesOptimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, deviations, and non-conformances. Conduct process analysis, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and improve existing ones. Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and report on process health and improvement initiatives. Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in process mapping, P&ID development, and data analysis for process optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
