Join Our Team as a Vendor Implementation Manager! We are seeking a dedicated Vendor Implementation Manager, specializing in Vendor Relations, who will play a vital role in enhancing our Provider Network vendors. This position allows for a hybrid work model, requiring you to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, offering a perfect blend of collaboration and flexibility. Your Impact: Lead successful Enterprise Vendor Management implementations, focusing on workflow development, performance metrics, and operational issue resolution. Identify and implement vendor processes ensuring accurate payments and data management across multiple states. Act as a project manager, providing resource estimates, ROI analysis, timelines, and stakeholder management to drive impactful implementations. Contribute to Project Management Office initiatives, enhancing our operational capabilities. Oversee the development and monitoring of more complex vendor and internal business performance metrics and operational workflows. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, or network management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the provider sector is strongly preferred. This position offers a competitive salary range of $82,000 to $123,000, commensurate with experience and location.
