Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of laboratory supplies, including inventory tracking, ordering, and stocking consumables. Maintain rigorous laboratory cleanliness and perform routine maintenance on specialized instrumentation. Execute hazardous waste bulking and disposal procedures in strict accordance with safety protocols. Ensure all laboratory duties are performed following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain safety and data integrity. Collaborate with the synthesis team to troubleshoot equipment and optimize daily workflow efficiency. qualifications: Required Skills Education: Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry). Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with laboratory techniques and equipment (via coursework, internships, or professional experience). Compliance: Proven ability to follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complete rigorous safety training. Physical Capability: Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs. as required for laboratory material handling. Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings. Preferred Skills Experience with reagent preparation and chemical inventory management. Familiarity with high-throughput laboratory environments or synthesis platforms.
