We are seeking a proactive PMO Manager to support our Power and Energy group. This position is available in any Jacobs office in the NorthEast US. In this role, you will: Develop, write, and edit various technical and administrative reports, analyzing trends and working with management to enhance program performance. Review work processes and data, making recommendations for improvements while distilling complex business issues into understandable terms for diverse audiences. Foster a collaborative, professional environment while ensuring a high level of professionalism, integrity, mutual respect, and accountability within the team. Regularly interact with senior management, clients, and subcontractor management to ensure project completion. Utilize exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced work environment, accommodating schedule changes as needed. Technical/Functional Responsibilities: Organize data, graphs, and materials logically, executing regular reporting as required. Verify data against established norms to ensure accuracy and validity within baseline data. Review published reports and recommend revisions in data, format, or content as necessary. Perform data analysis, organizing it for easy interpretation using software tools. Implement quality and continuous improvement principles in executing projects, programs, and portfolios. Compile data to guide training materials and explore learning opportunities. Possess a bachelor’s degree with a focus on communication, business, finance, or accounting (strongly preferred); other degrees will also be considered. Have 5-7 years of experience as a business or financial analyst with demonstrable work products. Exhibit a team-oriented mindset, actively participating in decision-making and showcasing problem-solving capabilities. Analyze complex issues and evaluate alternatives to develop effective solutions. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Show meticulous attention to detail and possess strong problem-solving skills. Contribute effectively in a team environment while collaborating across multiple departments. Employ strong organizational skills to track and prioritize various simultaneous tasks. Display knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, accounting concepts, and the reconciliation of multiple invoices and budgets. Exhibit exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Capably work under pressure and review team deliverables while coordinating feedback from stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings and produce/distribute relevant documentation. Contribute towards enhancing methods and practices. Preferred Qualifications: MBA preferred. Relevant quality management experience is a plus.
