If you're passionate about advancing your career, we invite you to join our team. We are currently seeking a Senior Endpoint Security Engineer to enhance our Digital Nexus Technology organization. This role is crucial for ensuring our security measures are robust and effective. Key Responsibilities: Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot endpoint protection solutions, such as Microsoft Defender and CrowdStrike, across a diverse range of endpoints including servers, workstations, VDI, and mobile devices. Administer essential Microsoft security technologies including Entra, Intune, and the Microsoft Defender Security Center. Develop, document, and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a strong and compliant security posture. Create insightful dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using PowerBI and Databricks to support security analysis and incident response. Oversee the administration of security platforms like XSOAR and Wiz Cloud, including SSO configuration, role management, and system maintenance. Exemplify integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability to cultivate a respectful and constructive work environment. Qualifications: A minimum of five years of recent experience in deploying and managing endpoint security solutions within large-scale enterprise environments. A preferred bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; at least a high school diploma or GED is mandatory. Expert-level, hands-on experience with Windows and RedHat Linux operating systems, focusing on security system hardening, configuration, and troubleshooting. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, current threat landscapes, and industry best practices (for instance: NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001). A proven track record of managing multiple high-priority security projects and addressing complex issues in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong leadership abilities, with experience in task prioritization, delegation, strategic resource planning, and fostering high-performance team development; exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
