Required Skills: Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology Valid Virginia Medical License DEA Certification for Virginia Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience Proficiency in EMR systems such as Epic and Beacon Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a diverse patient population with compassion and professionalism Knowledge of solid tumors, malignant hematologic conditions, and common outpatient hematology procedures Nice to Have Skills: Experience with complex or rare hematologic disorders Exposure to clinical research and trials Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams Additional certifications in related specialties or procedures Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) Completion of accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship At least 2 years of outpatient clinical practice in Hematology/Oncology settings Other Requirements: Current Virginia medical license and DEA registration BLS certification Willingness to support clinic hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Support for providing comprehensive outpatient care, managing a patient volume of approximately 13-15 patients daily Ability to start by the March 2, 2026, and commit to a three-month assignment with potential for ongoing opportunities Compensation at $507.00/hour, with weekly direct deposit payments and a competitive benefits package including medical coverage, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and more Take the next step in your professional journey by applying today!
