Industry Computer Software Type Privately Held About the Role We are on the lookout for a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our global financial initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a variety of financial functions, guiding our approach across both fiat and digital assets. Key responsibilities include managing banking relationships, reporting, forecasting, and risk, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, audits, and tax obligations. A significant component of this position involves the management of treasury and asset functions, including custody, yield, and liquidity, in addition to administering token vesting and unlock schedules. The ideal candidate will excel in building financial models and scenario forecasts, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive the company’s growth trajectory. We seek an individual with at least 10 years of experience in finance leadership positions, preferably at the CFO or VP Finance level, coupled with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in crypto, Web3, or DeFi sectors. A strong understanding of treasury functions, tokenomics, and financial modeling is essential, alongside a thorough knowledge of compliance and auditing standards in both the EU and US. Our organization thrives on entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving environment. While not required, experience with crypto foundations or Swiss associations, as well as a background in fund management or DeFi investing, will be highly valued.
