Join our dynamic team as a Tapered Insulation Design Expert and significantly contribute to delivering outstanding tapered insulation designs and takeoffs from architectural roof plans for commercial and residential low-slope projects. Essential Duties: Provide accurate insulation material quotations specifically designed for roofing contractors. Create top-notch CAD-based shop drawings for project submissions and installation processes. Deliver extensive support to the technical services team and territory sales managers. Engage actively in team meetings and collaborative projects for continuous improvement. Competencies: Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and a keen attention to detail. Able to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Superior organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong work ethic paired with the capability to enhance team collaboration. Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster effective teamwork. Technical Knowledge/Skills: Adept at reading and interpreting architectural plans and specifications. Familiarity with Taper-Plus software is a plus. Proficient in AutoCAD is preferred for effective project management. Intermediate skills in Microsoft and Google applications for efficient documentation. Technical understanding of the roofing industry and various roof applications to provide informed insights.
