REQUIREMENTS: 2 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment and/ or employee must pass basic skills testing before being considered. Worker is responsible for the following proper product assembling procedures for all products. These duties do not pertain to device molding or outer tray sealing (which you will eventually cross trained). Duties include but are not limited to the following: 1. Ability to communicate effectively. 2. Be a self-starter, motivated and flexible. 3. Ability to follow safety instructions. 4. Ability to perform assembly process with speed and accuracy; For example: Kitting components & deflashing catheters. 5. Quality control of small, assembled products6.
