Billing Specialist

Duties You Will Learn to Do:Work with patients to determine insurance eligibility. Accurately process changes to resident profiles. Admit new residents to the correct nursing facilities in a prompt manner. Research and resolve client billing problems or issues. Ability to be customer centric and provide exceptional service to clients. Qualifications:High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred). Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel). Excellent customer service skills and phone manner. Previous medical billing experience required. Attention to detail. Advanced data entry skills. Strong organizational skills. Willingness to learn. Punctual. Job Types: Full-time. Pay: $17.50/hour. Schedule:11:30AM - 8:00PM. 8 hour shift Monday to Friday. Work one Saturday a month.
