By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery. Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools. Repair and replace defective parts and components, including motors, pumps, and valves. Install new production machinery and equipment, ensuring proper alignment and calibration. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Document maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in the CMMS. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Recommended QualificationsProven proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial mechanical systems (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission). X years of experience as a mechanic or maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Technical degree or certification in industrial mechanics, maintenance technology, or a related field. Demonstrated experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Bonus QualificationsExperience with PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics. Welding and/or fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick). Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Background in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
