The Med Tech will work afternoon shift (2:30 PM-11:00 PM, 40 hours/week (five - 8 hr. shifts) and be responsible for Type and Crossmatch, Complex Antibody Panels, Antigen testing, Direct Antiglobulin testing, Fetal Screens, Cord Blood workups, and Transfusion Reaction Investigations. Assignment requires a weekend/holiday rotation.(Assignment includes 2 weekends a month and holidays as needed. The afternoon shift works 14:30 - 23:00.)
