Key ResponsibilitiesRecord all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts monthly. Process payroll accurately and on time, including related tax filings. Maintain and update the general ledger. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Monitor and track manufacturing-related expenses and inventory adjustments. Recommended QualificationsProven experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, adhering to GAAP. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and ERP systems. Direct experience with cost accounting, inventory valuation, and COGS in a manufacturing setting. Strong reconciliation skills and ability to prepare accurate financial statements. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
