You will play a critical role in optimizing technology infrastructures and ensuring efficient data flow across organizational systems and applications. In this strategic leadership role, you will inspire and guide your team, shaping client engagements and mentoring future leaders. Key Responsibilities: Lead complex integration projects from inception to completion. Oversee project scopes, planning, execution, and delivery with a focus on excellence. Set strategic directions for projects and contribute to business development. Maintain strong executive-level client relations while managing multiple projects. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects and developers. Foster collaboration and innovation within the team. Ensure adherence to professional and technical standards and uphold the firm’s reputation. Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Equivalent experience in technology may be considered in lieu of a formal degree. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as MuleSoft Accredited Integration Architect or Boomi Architect are highly desirable. Proven experience leading complex projects effectively. Ability to strategically collaborate with business development teams. Experience managing profit and loss for project portfolios. Track record of developing and executing successful digital integration strategies. Strong skills in assessing current systems and processes to identify improvement areas. Expertise in risk management for digital integration initiatives. The competitive salary range for this position is $155,000 - $410,000, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, and location. Successful candidates will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, and more.
