Requisition ID: 43375BR Business Unit: LPG About the Role: We invite you to take on a pivotal role as a Heavy Industrial Construction Project Leader. In this position, you will lead and inspire teams on a variety of challenging heavy industrial projects! Your main responsibility will be to manage construction operations at various locations, ensuring seamless execution and striving to exceed project goals. Your Key Responsibilities: Oversee all facets of field operations, with a focus on safety, quality assurance, and adherence to project schedules and specifications. Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to manage contract extras and oversee progress payments. Ensure that subcontractor work aligns with project drawings and is executed safely and efficiently. Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, addressing project issues promptly and professionally. Maintain meticulous records and documentation to uphold The Perry Group's standards. Adhere to the Quality Policy Statement and comply with all relevant work instructions. Prepare and submit detailed Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports. Assist the Construction Manager in monitoring project schedules and milestones. Salary Range: $100,000 - $153,000 Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; 8 years with an Associate degree; or 10 years with a high school diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale heavy industrial projects and managing various subcontractor trades. OSHA 30 certification. Skills and Abilities: Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Ability to interpret construction methods and documentation effectively. Independence in decision-making and a strong sense of cost awareness. This position requires 100% travel to project locations across the United States.
