Federal Construction Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a full-time Quality Control Manager (QCM) to provide exceptional maintenance, construction, and renovation services on military bases nationwide. YOUR ROLE AS A QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (QCM) Normal onsite operations occur Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. In this vital role, you will ensure the highest quality of work and safety standards on our job sites. You'll inspect the field crew's work, ensuring compliance with our rigorous standards while enforcing essential safety protocols. Key responsibilities include: Completing safety reports and monitoring job progress Conducting weekly progress meetings and preparing 3-week look-aheads Acting as a government site liaison Leading daily site safety meetings and creating tailored safety presentations Overseeing overall site safety programs and ensuring subcontractor compliance with all safety codes Coordinating logistics, scheduling, and quality control across trades Effectively communicating with owners, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues OUR COMPANY Headquartered in Florida, Arrowhead Contracting, Inc. specializes in delivering comprehensive construction services across both public and private sectors. WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU 5+ years of experience as a quality control manager (QCM) for federal construction projects USACE CQM certification OSHA 30-hour class This position requires travel. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to travel. An additional 7+ years of experience or experience as a site safety and health officer (SSHO) for federal construction projects is preferred.
