Job Description Join the Oracle Health Government Services team as we strive to improve healthcare for veterans, their families, and healthcare providers. As a Senior Federal Project Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing project tasks for the VA Electronic Medical Record Health Modernization Program. This is a chance to make a significant impact in a mission-driven environment. In this role, you will demonstrate your project management expertise by delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget while adhering to industry best practices. You will utilize your independent judgment to oversee moderately complex activities crucial for the successful execution of large client implementations. Responsibilities Include: Assisting the Task Order Owner and/or Lead Project Manager with the comprehensive management of large, complex task orders. Monitoring project scope, adhering to contractual obligations, and managing financial commitments. Overseeing large-scale, multi-site task orders and ensuring effective resource allocation. Tracking staffing levels to ensure alignment with the project schedule's demands. Managing third-party supplier contracts to guarantee resource alignment. Analyzing forecast hours and variances to identify root causes of discrepancies. Auditing travel expenses and ensuring compliance with GSA rates and policies. Capturing lessons learned to support continuous process improvement. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and managing their project expectations effectively. Coordinating the creation and updating of contractual deliverables to ensure high quality and client satisfaction. Proactively managing risks and issues in collaboration with the delivery team. Monitoring the Integrated Master Schedule for updates to identify potential project delays. Supporting Monthly Performance Management meetings with clients. Facilitating internal Project Management Reviews and Monthly Status Reports for assigned tasks. Your ability to create and oversee an overall project plan, including budget management and staffing needs, will drive successful project implementations. The hiring range for this position in the US is $70,600 to $141,200 annually, with potential bonuses and equity options.
