To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub.Description and RequirementsPosition Summary The Director provides executive leadership for Lenovo's CFIUS National Security Agreement (NSA) compliance program, ensuring strategic alignment, governance, and operational excellence. This role oversees program execution, risk management, and integration readiness, while driving continuous improvement and reporting to senior leadership. Define and maintain NSA compliance strategy and governance framework across Lenovo and the acquired company. Oversee execution of compliance deliverables, including Data Security Plan updates, Integration Plan readiness, and annual reporting. Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Lead cross-functional coordination with Legal, Security, and Business teams to ensure adherence to NSA obligations. Provide executive reporting on compliance posture and integration progress. Champion a culture of compliance and security awareness across the organization. Skills & Competencies Expertise in U.S. national security compliance frameworks and CFIUS processes. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and risk management capabilities. Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to drive consensus and influence across diverse teams. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Law, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or security governance. Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP considered a plus. U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks. Availability & Travel Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, available for urgent communications and incident response, with periodic travel for CMA and audit meetings.
