Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Respiratory Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 03/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Key Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions and develop respiratory care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered by physicians. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on patient response and outcomes. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions. Maintain communication with medical and nursing staff regarding patient status and treatment plans. Share clinical knowledge with staff and students and serve as a role model for best clinical practices. Accept reassignment to other units when required to meet patient care needs.
