Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join the NetSuite Customer Success Professional Services team, focusing on the Manufacturing sector. This role will involve leading comprehensive ERP implementations and optimization projects for clients throughout North America, utilizing the SuiteSuccess methodology. You will take full ownership of project outcomes, collaborating with Project Managers and teams to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet our clients’ needs. Key Responsibilities Lead NetSuite implementations and optimization projects for manufacturing clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client satisfaction. Analyze and validate customer requirements, crafting scalable solutions within NetSuite. Architect and deploy NetSuite configurations, including complex workflows and integrations. Collaborate with technical teams to establish functional requirements and design effective integrations. Mentor and guide consulting team members, while owning the final solution delivery. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively managing their expectations and addressing challenges. Utilize best practices and methodologies to ensure consistent and successful project outcomes. Engage in project planning, scoping, and knowledge sharing with the larger Professional Services team. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and keep expertise in NetSuite solutions up to date. Minimum Qualifications Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in NetSuite implementations, particularly with hands-on ERP experience using SuiteSuccess methodology. Consulting Experience: Past roles in client-facing consulting environments, solving complex business challenges. Manufacturing Insight: Solid experience and understanding of manufacturing processes and related NetSuite implementations. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields. Certifications: NetSuite Administrator, ERP Consultant certifications are preferred; willingness to pursue further certifications expected. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for presenting ideas to both technical and executive audiences. Leadership: Strong leadership skills that foster collaboration and effectively manage client expectations. Soft Skills: Excellent professional judgment and adaptability to navigate challenging client situations. Preferred Qualifications Deep understanding of financial and accounting processes or significant exposure to manufacturing operations and supply chain. Proven success leading medium to large ERP projects, from design to delivery. Experience mentoring junior consultants. Willingness to travel as required.
