You will work on fire, mold, water cleanup and restoration for the Large Loss Division. What you will do: Arrive on time in approved uniform and PPE, attend morning meetings, and follow all company policies and safety practices. Set up work areas, ensure all supplies and equipment are ready, check running equipment, and report malfunctions to the appropriate team members. Inspect the work area for hazards, complete FRA documentation, communicate risks to all workers, and notify APM/PM of major issues. Perform and document job progress through photos, uploading them to the correct Google Drive folders throughout the shift. Lead by example on the job site by enforcing proper PPE use, monitoring work quality, and managing temporary laborers when assigned. Carry out hands‑on restoration tasks including water extraction, removal of damaged materials, moisture mapping/monitoring, content inventory, and selective demolition. Set up containment, operate and monitor remediation equipment, and track all equipment and supplies using the designated system. Maintain vehicles, demonstrate basic knowledge of restoration equipment and building construction, and follow pack‑out procedures as needed What you will bring: Able to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, management, and temporary laborers, and complete basic math and paperwork accurately. Capable of understanding and following directions while engaging in clear, professional conversations on the job site. Dependable and reliable, with a consistent work ethic and strong follow‑through. Adaptable and comfortable working in environments where tasks and priorities shift frequently. Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards. Must pass drug testing and a criminal background check. Willing to be on call 24/7/365 and work extended shifts (12+ hours), seven days a week for multiple weeks when required. Familiar with daily reporting processes and able to complete them accurately. The licensing/registration/certification requirements for this position are, but not limited to, as follows: Required: Valid State Driver’s License Preferred: License with the ability to drive a vehicle with GW of 10,001 pounds. Preferred: Ability to fly on commercial aircraft. Be able to pass DOT physical and follow all DOT regulations. Obtain OSHA 10-Hour Construction Training but not required Obtain IICRC Certification but not required Certified on operation of Forklifts and other lift equipment (is a plus but not required) To perform this job, an individual must be able to perform each task and duty to the high standards set by SRM. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to manage temporary labor and accomplish goals set out by management. Ability to climb ladder, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces. Ability to moisture map large commercial buildings. Ability to work well with others. Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time. Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects. Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals. Able to drive for 11+ hours. Ability to meet goals/deadlines Ability to prevent accidents/injuries Ability to treat minor injuries and report any accidents/injuries with APM and/or PM Physical Requirements: Body Positions: Standing for 12 hour periods. With 15 minute and half hour breaks. Body Movements: walking, bending, reaching, grasping, lifting, bending arms, legs, hands, and fingers. Body sense: Must be able to see, hear, speak, and smell. Must be able to work long hours 7 days a week for weeks. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass a medical and fit testing to wear respirator either half face or full face.
