Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for a range of manufacturing roles including production operators, skilled trades, engineers, and supervisors. Collaborate closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand specific departmental needs, job requirements, and the plant environment. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience with manufacturing processes, safety consciousness, and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for critical and high-volume manufacturing positions. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations throughout the recruitment process. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and streamline processes. Recommended QualificationsProven experience recruiting for manufacturing-specific roles (e.g., engineering, production, skilled trades). Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms. Strong understanding of manufacturing industry operations, processes, and technical terminology. Demonstrated ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate fit for technical and operational positions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers. Bonus QualificationsMultilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Polish, etc.) relevant to the local workforce. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Experience with advanced sourcing techniques and tools for skilled trades. Demonstrated ability to leverage recruitment data for strategic insights and process improvement.
