In this key role, you will oversee vital functions such as organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. You will serve as a key liaison between HR leaders and campus operations, enhancing communication and problem-solving across the organization. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. We require a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated success in influencing senior management and leading substantial HR projects. Your skills in aligning business objectives with HR strategies, along with your strong leadership, project management, and people management abilities will be essential for success in this role.
