Your work is essential, and so are you. Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - CPQ Solutions to lead the strategic vision and roadmap for our Quote Management capabilities. In this critical role, you will drive the digital transformation of the quoting experience through innovative initiatives, modernization of our platform, and the integration of AI-driven solutions. You will lead the transition from manual quoting processes to modern, intelligent systems, delivering minimum viable products (MVPs) swiftly, adapting based on user feedback, and achieving significant improvements in seller productivity and revenue metrics. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the product vision and long-term roadmap for Quote Management in the CPQ ecosystem. Lead the development of innovative initiatives, managing capabilities from concept to launch and scaling them effectively. Modernize outdated quoting processes into user-friendly, automated experiences. Identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance quoting processes and deal velocity. Agile Execution & Fast Delivery Utilize agile and MVP approaches to deliver value through iterative product releases. Establish clear product requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria for rapid, high-quality rollouts. Collaborate closely with Engineering and UX teams to turn complex challenges into manageable solutions. Balance speed and quality in deploying solutions within a diverse enterprise landscape. AI & Platform Modernization Promote AI/ML integration to optimize quote creation, recommendations, and insights. Drive modernization projects that reduce technical debt while enhancing scalability and performance. Work with Data and Architecture teams to ensure responsible and secure AI technology adoption. Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence Act as the lead product advocate for Quote Management across departments such as Sales, Revenue Operations, and Engineering. Align stakeholders around product priorities and delivery schedules. Effectively communicate progress and impact to senior management and executives. Seller & Customer Focus Develop a deep understanding of seller workflows and customer purchasing journeys. Utilize data and user feedback to continuously enhance the product offering. Measure success through key metrics like cycle time reduction, productivity improvements, and revenue impacts. Candidate Profile Basic Qualifications: 8-10 years of product management experience, managing complex B2B or enterprise platforms. Demonstrated success in delivering innovative products and leading digital transformation. Strong background in CPQ, Quote Management, or Sales Systems. Experience in Agile environments delivering MVPs swiftly and effectively. Proven ability to influence and unify cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. Preferred Qualifications: Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with AI/ML applications in enterprise environments, focusing on automation and insights. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or similar enterprise systems. Experience transforming legacy systems into scalable, cloud-native solutions. Proven track record of delivering products that boost seller productivity and revenue generation. The pay range for this position is $129,500.00 to $180,000; however, actual base pay may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
