The American Heart Association offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Director of Corporate Relations. This remote role allows for flexible work arrangements while requiring effective travel access within the designated region. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Relations, this senior-level business development role focuses on identifying, securing, and nurturing corporate partnerships to enhance sustainable income streams. You will primarily seek significant opportunities that impact multiple markets and the organization as a whole. Key responsibilities include prospecting large strategic partnerships, ensuring active collaboration across markets, guiding the sales process, and coaching team members toward mutual goals. Responsibilities Lead efforts in securing six-figure corporate partnerships by developing and executing comprehensive corporate relations strategies aimed at achieving ambitious revenue growth while aligning with our mission and goals. Establish strong working relationships with Executive Directors and key volunteers to activate corporate partnerships, ensuring effective communication and presence to drive engagement. Collaborate with Account Management teams to enhance retention, renewals, and opportunities for growth. Provide expert guidance on corporate sponsorship management, focusing on both acquisition and retention strategies while staying abreast of industry trends. Utilize campaign management tools to assess progress and maintain the integrity of donor data in compliance with established policies. Adhere to the American Heart Association's financial standards and all relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with proven expertise in fundraising across diverse and complex offerings. Experience in recruiting and activating executive-level corporate volunteers. Track record of consistently setting and achieving aggressive revenue goals. Ability to influence and inspire others through a shared vision of accountability and ownership. Proficient in executing strategic plans across various functions within a dynamic environment, translating strategies into measurable objectives. Strong analytical skills to identify key market trends and strategize effectively in achieving fundraising and operational goals. Willingness to travel locally up to 50% of the time, with access to reliable transportation. Captured a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications. Compensation & Benefits The expected salary range is $84,400 to $112,500 annually, with adjustments based on experience and regional factors.
