Relocation packages available. Flexible scheduling options offered. We have positions available in several regions: Colorado: Home-based in the Boulder region, Colorado Springs region, and the Greater Denver area; Clinic-based in Centennial, CO. Georgia: Home-based around the greater Atlanta area; Clinic-based in Atlanta and various locations including Cartersville, Cumming, Honey Creek, Kennesaw, Lawrenceville, Lithia Springs, Peachtree City, and Stockbridge. Illinois: Home-based in the Chicagoland area; Clinic-based in Norwood Park and Palos Heights. Massachusetts: Home-based throughout Massachusetts (excluding Western Mass and Cape Cod); Center-based in Southborough, MA. North Carolina: Home-based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, and Winston-Salem; NC Center-based in Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh, and Winston-Salem. Efficient Documentation: Utilize a virtual electronic data collection system to streamline paperwork. Requirements: Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state). Master's Degree in ABA or related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Special Education). Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status. Reliable transportation. Comfortable providing in-home services and collaborating with families. Job Responsibilities Include: Conducting assessments and writing progress reports. Developing and monitoring individualized treatment and behavior support plans. Supervising and training Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs). Supporting families in managing behaviors and teaching new skills through ABA principles. Conducting functional assessments and analyzing program effectiveness.
