Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D problem-solving, and root cause analysis. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team development skills. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
